“LIFE LEGAL ATTORNEY NAMED TO 2024 PENNSYLVANIA RISING STARS LIST BY SUPER LAWYERS”

Mark W. Boczar, a partner at Life Legal Services – the national life insurance & employee benefit recovery law firm – has been named to the 2024 Pennsylvania Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, for the second straight year. 

Super Lawyers, recognizes top attorneys nationwide, across a variety of practice areas and firm sizes. The Rising Stars rating is a distinction given to no more than 2.5 percent of the top up-and-coming attorneys in each state who are either 40 years of age or younger, or who have been in practice for ten years or less.

The Super Lawyers selection process selects attorneys on an annual, state-by-state basis. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement, combined with independent research. The Super Lawyers lists are published nationwide in Super Lawyers Magazine and in leading city and regional magazines and newspapers across the country.

Mr. Boczar has again been selected to the Rising Stars list for the area of insurance law as a result of his efforts made representing beneficiaries of life insurance and employee benefits against insurance companies that unlawfully delay or deny claim payment. He has decided his entire legal career to fighting for individuals, against insurance companies that all too often place their own profits over payments of benefits. He has, and continues to, fight for his clients in federal courts across the country.
