At Life Legal Services, we believe being part of a community means showing up for the people and organizations that make it special. That’s why we’re especially excited to support the Hanover Mini Hawks Cheerleading program this season.

And this sponsorship hits a little close to home for us — in more ways than one.

Fun fact: cheerleading has been part of the Life Legal story for a long time. Taylor cheered throughout high school and continued into undergrad, while Steph later returned to her own high school alma mater as an assistant cheer coach and went on to serve as the head cheer coach at one of the schools where she taught.

It’s also a family affair: our cousin, April is a coach and her daughters Paisley and Natalie are Mini Hawks cheerleaders! So we have a couple of extra-special reasons to be cheering this team on.

We understand the practices, the sidelines, the competitions, the hairspray, the bows, the sore muscles, and the very serious business of hitting a routine.

More importantly, we know how much youth cheer can give kids beyond the sport itself. It builds confidence, teamwork, discipline, resilience, and friendships — all while giving them a place to belong and something to be proud of.

We’re thrilled to play a small part in supporting the Mini Hawks, along with the families, coaches, and volunteers who put so much time and energy into making the program possible.
